Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf

Removal Procedure





1. From inside the rear compartment, remove the bulb from the high mount stoplamp.




2. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer toSeat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) in Seats.
3. Remove the rear seat back. Refer toSeat Back Replacement - Rear (Non-folding) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Non-folding))Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Folding) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Folding)) in Seats.
4. Remove the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper) .
5. Remove the push pins from the panel front.
6. Lift the panel and remove the seat belts through the slots in the trim panel.
7. Slide the panel forward to disengage the integral hook from the retaining hole.
8. Disconnect the electrical cable connector for the high mount stoplamp, located on the passenger end of panel.
9. Remove the rear shelf.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical cable connector for the chmsl lamp.
2. Slide the panel rearward to engage the integral hook in the retaining hole.
3. Connect the electrical cable connector for the high mount stoplamp, located on the passenger end of panel.
4. Lift the panel and route the seat belts through the slots in the trim panel.
5. Install the push pins in the panel front.
6. Install the rear quarter upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper (Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper) .
7. Install the rear seat back. Refer toSeat Back Replacement - Rear (Non-folding) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Non-folding))Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Folding) (Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Folding)) in Seats.
8. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer toSeat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) in Seats.




9. From inside the rear compartment, install the bulb in the high mount stoplamp.
