TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test BUS (+) OPEN.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Test fail due to ignition OFF
- CCD bus (+) circuit open
- CCD bus (-) circuit open
- CCD bus (-) circuit open
- DRB or DRB Cable failure
- CCD bus (+) circuit open
- CCD bus (+) circuit shorted to ground
- CCD bus (-) circuit shorted to ground
- PCM CCD bus resistance failure
- BCM CCD bus bias
- BCM CCD bus resistance failure
