SYMPTOM
LOW BEAM HEADLAMPS WILL NO TURN OFF

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Multifunction switch
- Headlamp delay relay output circuit short to voltage
- Headlamp delay relay
- Junction block
- Body control module
