RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD




The sealing compound should only be applied along the sealing area in the form of a bead of sealing compound of 1.0 mm ± 0.2 mm. The sealing compound must be applied within 10 minutes. The sealing compound bead must not be spread. Only the approved sealing compound may be used.
1. Install the right cylinder head cover.
2. Use the illustrated procedure to tighten all cylinder head cover bolts to 12 Nm (106 in lbs) and then an additional 90 degrees.




3. Connect the camshaft position sensor connectors. Tighten the sensors to 8 Nm ( 71 in. lbs.)




4. Install the oil separator.




5. Install the right air control valve gasket.




6. Install the right air control valve bolts.




7. Install the vacuum pump (3).
8. Install the coolant reservoir bottle hose.

10. Install the charge air cooler hose.
11. Install the air filter housing.
