2GR-FXE COOLING: RADIATOR: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the fan assembly with motor to the radiator with the 3 guides at the bottom and attach the claw.

(b) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)
(c) Install the 2 lower radiator supports to the radiator, and install the radiator assembly and fan assembly with motor.
NOTICE:
Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when installing the radiator assembly.
(d) Install the 4 bolts.
Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)
(e) Install the 2 radiator support cushions.

(f) Connect the 3 wire harness clamps and 2 connectors.
2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT
(a) Install the upper radiator support with the 5 bolts and connect the 3 clamps of the hood lock control cable to the upper radiator support.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER Installation
5. INSTALL SMOG VENTILATION SENSOR (w/ Smog Ventilation Sensor) Installation
6. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY Installation
7. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Installation
8. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Connect the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator.
9. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Connect the No. 1 radiator hose to the radiator.
10. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the radiator reserve tank hose to the radiator.
(b) Install the radiator reserve tank with the bolt and connect the 2 clamps to the radiator.
Torque : 5.3 Nm (54 kgf-cm, 47 in-lbf)

17. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) Service and Repair
18. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) Testing and Inspection
19. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID
20. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK Replacement
21. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
22. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
23. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation
24. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER Installation
25. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
26. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL Installation
27. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Installation
28. WARM UP ENGINE
29. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIM Adjustments
30. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
31. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
32. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
33. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Adjustments
