Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

(a) Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

(b) Attach the clamp.

(c) Connect the connectors.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) Installation

5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR COVER Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Installation

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Installation

10. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER LH Installation

12. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

13. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH Installation

14. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH Installation

15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

16. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Check Mode Procedure.
