INTERIOR: REAR CONSOLE BOX (for Ottoman): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CONSOLE BOX PANEL
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the panel.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX (w/o DVD Player)





(a) Disconnect the 4 connectors and remove the 2 wire harness clamps.






(b) Remove the 4 bolts and console box.
3. REMOVE DISC PLAYER CONTROLLER WITH BRACKET (w/ DVD Player) Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) w/o DVD Player:
Remove the No. 1 disc player bracket.
(1) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.






(b) w/ DVD Player:
Remove the No. 1 disc player bracket.
(1) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.
5. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) w/o DVD Player:
Remove the No. 2 disc player bracket.
(1) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.






(b) w/ DVD Player:
Remove the No. 2 disc player bracket.
(1) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.
6. REMOVE TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the television switch and volume.
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE





(a) Remove the 2 covers and seal.
(b) Remove the 8 screws and inner tray.
(c) w/o Cigarette Lighter:
Disconnect the 3 connectors.
(d) w/ Cigarette Lighter:
Disconnect the 4 connectors.






(e) Using a screwdriver, detach the 10 claws and remove the console armrest base.
NOTE: Detach the claws of the console armrest base from the backside.

8. REMOVE SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH






(a) Remove the clamp and seat vibrator switch.
9. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET (w/o Cigarette Lighter) Removal

10. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/o Cigarette Lighter) Removal

11. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal

12. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal

13. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Removal







14. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE
(a) Detach the 3 clamps and remove the rear console box wire.
