AUDIO / VISUAL: DISC PLAYER (for Ottoman): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
- When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
- After the power switch is turned OFF, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch OFF, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

4. REMOVE REAR LOWER SEAT CONSOLE BOX COVER Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT REAR CONSOLE BOX PANEL Disassembly

7. REMOVE DISC PLAYER CONTROLLER WITH BRACKET






(a) Disconnect all the connectors and remove the 2 clips.






(b) Remove the 4 bolts and disc player.






8. REMOVE NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.






9. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.
