THEFT DETERRENT: ENGINE HOOD COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY





(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding areas of the lock.





(b) Connect the hood lock control cable.
(c) Install the hood lock with the 2 bolts and nut.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71in-lbf)
(d) Install a new cap.
2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER PROTECTOR UPPER LH Installation





3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER
(a) Attach the claw to install the cover.
(b) Install the 3 screws.
4. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY Installation
5. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY Adjustments
6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY Installation
7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation
8. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation
10. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
