Removal








L110F HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: FRAME WIRE: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
Removal
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
Removal
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)
Removal
4. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSMISSION
Removal
5. REMOVE FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY
Removal
6. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Removal
7. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler) Removal
8. REMOVE ROPE HOOK Removal
9. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Removal
10. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Removal
11. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

15. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Removal
16. REMOVE NO. 1 CENTER FLOOR TO BRACE EXTENSION Removal
17. REMOVE NO. 2 HV BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
18. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL GUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
19. SEPARATE HV BATTERY
CAUTION:
Wear insulated gloves.





(a) Remove the 2 nuts, and disconnect the frame wire from the HV battery.
NOTICE:
Insulate the terminals of the removed high voltage wire with insulating tape.





(b) Remove the battery shield contact from the HV battery.





(c) Remove the 2 nuts, clamp and wire harness protector.





(d) Release the claw, remove the 2 nuts and separate the frame wire from the luggage room junction block.





(e) Remove the connector, release the 4 claws and separate the frame wire from the HV battery.
20. SEPARATE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Wear insulating gloves.





(a) Remove the bolt and separate the frame wire from the inverter with converter assembly.
NOTICE:
Cover the hole where the cable was connected with tape or equivalent (non-residue type) to prevent entry of foreign matter.

21. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS PROTECTOR





(a) Remove the 4 nuts, 2 clamps and wire harness protector.





(b) Remove the 3 nuts, clip and wire harness protector.
HINT: When removing the clip, break the claw on the clip. This clip cannot be reused.

22. REMOVE FRAME WIRE





(a) Remove the 2 nuts from the frame wire.
(b) Release the 2 claws and disconnect the frame wire from the engine room No. 1 junction block.





(c) Remove the 2 bolts and clamp.





(d) Remove the 3 nuts and bolt.





(e) Remove the 4 nuts and bolt.





(f) Remove the 3 nuts and 2 bolts.
(g) Remove the grommet and pull out the frame wire from the cabin.





(h) Remove the 2 bolts and pull out the frame wire from the cabin.
(i) Remove the 5 clips and frame wire from the vehicle.
HINT: When removing the clips, break the claws on the clips. This clips cannot be reused.
