REMOVAL
1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH
3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal
4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTICE:
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
- After the power switch is turned OFF, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch OFF, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

12. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal
13. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler) Removal
14. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Removal
15. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
16. REMOVE TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire) Removal
17. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Removal
18. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH Removal
19. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Removal
20. REMOVE POWER STEERING CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the nut and clamp on the vehicle front side, and disconnect the 4 connectors.
(b) Remove the 4 nuts and converter.
