Reassembly

DOOR / HATCH: HOOD: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL HOOD STAY BRACKET LH Installation

2. INSTALL HOOD STAY BRACKET RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

4. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

6. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 7 clips and connect the washer hose assembly.





7. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Testing and Inspection

9. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Adjustments

10. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

(a) Engage the 2 claws.





(b) Install the hood insulator with the 7 clips.

11. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

(a) Engage the 4 clips and install the hood to radiator support seal.
