DOOR LOCK: ENTRY LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH (for Rear): REMOVAL

* Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
* The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Removal

3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal

4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH Removal

6. REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

8. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM COVER LH Removal

9. REMOVE REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH Removal

10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH Removal

11. REMOVE REAR CURTAIN SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) Removal

12. REMOVE NO. 1 AUTO CURTAIN RAIL BRACKET LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) Removal

13. REMOVE REAR SIDE TRIM BOARD COVER LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) Removal

14. REMOVE REAR INNER DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP LH Removal

15. REMOVE REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal

16. REMOVE REAR LOWER DOOR DIVISION BAR BRACKET LH Removal

17. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW DIVISION BAR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

18. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN LH Removal

19. REMOVE REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LH Removal
