Installation

SUSPENSION CONTROL: HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR

(a) Install the 3 bushes and bracket to the height control compressor with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 5.9 Nm (60 kgf-cm, 52 in-lbf)

(b) Push the connector into the housing until a clicking sound is heard.

(c) Attach the 3 clamps.

(d) Install the height control compressor with the bolt and 2 nuts.





Torque : 19 Nm (195 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

(e) Connect the height control tube (Type 2) Suspension Control System.

(f) Connect the height control filter to the bumper reinforcement.

(g) Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 2 clamps.









Install the fender liner with the 3 screws.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.

6. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK

(a) Inspect for air leak Operation Check.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH Removal

11. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH Installation

12. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY Installation

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING LH

14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING RH Installation

15. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

16. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

18. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

19. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH

Torque : 140 Nm (1428 kgf-cm, 103 ft-lbf)
