Installation

WIPER / WASHER: WASHER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.





2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer jar and pump assembly with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Install the upper part of the windshield washer jar and pump assembly to the windshield washer jar and pump assembly.





(c) Install the bolt.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(d) Connect each connector.

(e) Connect the washer hose to the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.





3. INSTALL NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the screw.





(b) Install the No. 3 cool air intake duct sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(c) Engage the engine under cover clip.





(d) Install the 3 front fender liner LH screws.





4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation

6. ADD WASHER FLUID Installation

7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR LH Installation

9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

10. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
