BRAKE CONTROL: BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY: INSTALLATION
NOTICE:
While the battery is connected, even if the power switch is OFF, the brake control system activates when the brake pedal is depressed or the door courtesy switch turns on. Therefore during servicing of the brake system components, do not operate the brake pedal or open/close the doors while the battery is connected.
1. INSTALL NO. 1 BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY BRACKET
(a) Install the 2 brackets with the 4 bolts.
Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not drop the brake control power supply. If the brake control power supply has been dropped replace the brake control power supply with a new one.
2. INSTALL BRAKE CONTROL POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Install the brake control power supply with the 2 nuts.
Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation
5. INSTALL TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire) Installation
6. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Installation
8. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Installation
9. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Air Conditioning System) Installation
10. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation
11. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Installation
12. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation
13. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation
14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
15. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation
16. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
17. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC
(a) Check and clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
