2UR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Exterior Side:

(1) Using a union nut wrench, install the 4 sensors to the front exhaust pipe.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)





NOTICE:
* Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Service Precautions.





* Make sure the union nut wrench and the torque wrench are connected in a straight line.
* When removing the sensor, place a union nut wrench within the 16 mm (0.630 in.) area A shown in the illustration to avoid deformation of the hexagonal part.





* When removing/installing the grommet and sensor, be careful not to twist the wire and do not apply tension to the accessories.
* If oil, etc. enters the sensor's connector, do not use it.

(2) Connect the wire harness to the clamp on LH and RH side.





(3) Connect the 2 grommets to the floor panel.

(b) Interior Side:





(1) Connect the 2 connectors.

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) for Power Seat Type:

Install the rear seat cushion Installation.

(b) for Ottoman Type:

Install the rear seat cushion Installation.

(c) for Fixed Seat Type:

Install the rear seat cushion Installation.

12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front seat LH and RH Installation.
