SEAT: REAR SEATBACK HEATER (for Ottoman): REMOVAL

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Removal

3. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Removal

6. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Disassembly

14. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Disassembly

15. REMOVE POSITION CONTROL ECU LH Disassembly

16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH Disassembly

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH Disassembly

18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK BASE LH Disassembly

19. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Disassembly
