Integrated Control Relay Module: Service and Repair

Constant Control Relay Module:

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect engine control sensor wiring from the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) electrical connector.

2. Remove retaining bolts and CCRM from fan shroud.

3. To install, reverse removal procedures. Tighten retaining bolts to 4.5-6.3 Nm (40-56 lb in). Tighten engine control sensor wiring connector to 1.3-1.9 Nm (12-18 lb in).
