INTELLIGENT KEY LOW BATTERY WARNING DOES NOT OPERATE

Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK "LOW BATT OF KEY FOB WARN" SETTING IN "WORK SUPPORT"

Check "LOW BATT OF KEY FOB WARN" setting in "Work Support".
Refer to "CONSULT Function (INTELLIGENT KEY)" Intelligent Key Unit.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Set "LOW BATT OF KEY FOB WARN" setting in "Work Support". Refer to "CONSULT Function (INTELLIGENT KEY)" Intelligent Key Unit.

2. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY

Check Intelligent Key.
Refer to "Component Function Check" Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK INFORMATION DISPLAY

Check information display.
Refer to "On Board Diagnosis Function" Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
