TRUNK LID LOCK

TRUNK LID OPENER CABLE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove trunk lid striker. Service and Repair.
2.Remove trunk side finisher (LH). .
3.Remove rear seat cushion. .
4.Remove center pillar lower finisher (LH). .
5.Remove trunk lid opener handle. Opener Handle.





6.Disengage pawl with a suitable tool (A) and open the harness clip.





7.Remove trunk lid opener cable.

CAUTION:
Use care not to damage the trunk lid opener cable when removing.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
When removing and installing trunk lid striker, perform the trunk lid adjustment procedure. Refer to
Adjustments.
