Outer Tie Rod End Nut 30 N.m (22 ft.lb.) + 120°
Tie Rod End Jam Nut 70 N.m (52 ft.lb.)

Visually inspect to ensure that 2 1/2 - 4 1/2 threads are visible past the nylon washer.
