KDW motor not in rest position when power off.

Test procedure

1 Check the KDW motor as described under fault code 4/23691. 4/23691, 4/23692

2 If no fault can be found in the KDW motor or its connections, clear the fault code and drive the car on test. If the fault code is generated afresh, try a new KDW motor.

3 If no fault can be found and the above tests check out OK, clear the fault code and drive the car to see whether it is generated afresh. If it is, try fitting an ASR control unit that is known to be OK.
