Installation

P313 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: SUB RADIATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the radiator assembly to the cooler condenser assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the hybrid radiator inlet hose to the radiator assembly with the clamp.

(c) Connect the hybrid radiator outlet hose to the radiator assembly with the clamp.

2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Engine Hood Courtesy Switch) Installation

4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Engine Hood Courtesy Switch) Installation

5. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 3 INVERTER BRACKET Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

9. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSPECT HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. ADJUST HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY Adjustments

12. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (for Inverter)

13. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) Testing and Inspection

14. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Coolant (for Engine)

15. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

16. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
