Selector Mechanism Overview
1 Shift cover with knob
• Do not remove knob if not necessary. For emergency release, only cover must be removed => [ Selector Lever Emergency Release ] Service and Repair.
• Before removing knob, pull button past pressure point and secure using cable tie or suitable wire. This prevents the button from being pressed into the handle unintentionally.
• If button is pushed in when knob is removed:
- Before attaching knob, always pull out button past tangible pressure point
2 Shift mechanism with selector lever
• Removing and installing => [ Shift Mechanism with Selector Lever ] Shift Mechanism With Selector Lever
3 Bolt with spring
• 3 Nm
4 Pin
• Removing => [ Selector Lever Cable ] Removal and Replacement
• Do not grease
5 Securing plate
• Always replace after removal
6 Nut
• 9 Nm
• Quantity: 4
7 Shift housing
• With seal
8 Selector lever cable
• Do not grease cable.
• Removing and installing => [ Selector Lever Cable ] Removal and Replacement
• Checking => [ Selector Lever Cable, Checking ] Testing and Inspection
• Adjusting => [ Selector Lever Cable, Adjusting ] Adjustments
9 Hex bolt with washer
• 8 Nm
• Quantity: 4
