• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to => [ Coolant Hose Connection Diagram ] [1][2]Diagrams.





1 Upper Coolant Hose

• From the coolant thermostat housing.

2 O-ring

• Replace if damaged.

3 Radiator

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator ] Service and Repair.

• After replacing, replace the coolant.

4 Gasket

5 Cap

• Checking, refer to => [ Cooling System, Checking for Leaks ] Cooling System, Checking For Leaks.

6 Electrical Connector

7 Bolt, 3 Nm

8 Expansion Tank

• Cooling system, checking for leaks. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Checking for Leaks ] Cooling System, Checking For Leaks.

9 Bracket

• For the radiator

10 Bolt, 7 Nm

11 Support

12 Nut, 5 Nm

13 Fan Shroud

• Removing and installing radiator fan shroud with fans. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud and Fans ] Service and Repair.

14 Bolt, 5 Nm

15 Coolant Fan 2 (V177)

• Removing and installing radiator fan shroud with fans. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud and Fans ] Service and Repair.

16 Electrical Connector

17 Coolant Fan (V7)

• With the coolant Fan Control (FC) control module.

• Removing and installing radiator fan shroud with fans. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud and Fans ] Service and Repair.

18 Lower Coolant Hose

• To the coolant thermostat housing.

19 Retaining Clip

20 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (on Radiator) (G83)

21 O-ring

• Always replace.
