Liftgate Striker

Removing

- Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the liftgate striker (2) in relation to the door sill (1).






- Remove the screws that secure the liftgate striker to the sill and remove the striker.

Installing

- Position the liftgate striker (2) to the marks on the door sill (1) and install the screws. Tighten the screws to 28 Nm (21 ft lbs).






- Verify liftgate alignment. Refer to => [ Liftgate Gap Specifications ] Liftgate.
