Seat Track, Manual

• Outboard seat track shown. Inboard seat track similar.

Removing






- Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a workbench. Refer to => [ Seat ] Seat.

- Remove the seat cushion and cover. Refer to => [ Seat Cover and Cushion ] Seat Cover and Cushion.

- Remove the riser from the seat track (3). Refer to => [ Seat Riser ] Seat Riser.

- Remove the nut securing the seat back to the recliner (2), if servicing the outboard seat track.

- Remove the pivot bolt (1) securing the seat back to the seat track.






- Remove the seat adjust handle (2) from the seat track (3), if required.

Installing






- Install the seat adjuster handle (2) onto the seat track (3), if required.






- Install the pivot bolt (1) securing the seat back to the seat track (3). Tighten the bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft lbs).

- Install the nut securing the seat back to the recliner (2), if servicing the outboard seat track.

- Install the riser to the seat track. Refer to => [ Seat Riser ] Seat Riser.

- Install the seat cushion and cover. Refer to => [ Seat Cover and Cushion ] Seat Cover and Cushion.

- Install the seat. Refer to => [ Seat ] Seat.
