Seat Cover and Cushion

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Trim Removal Wedge (RMCP101)

On leather trimmed seats, cushion cover can be removed from the cushion foam pad. On cloth trimmed seats, the cushion cover does not separate from the foam pad.

Removing

- Remove seat from vehicle. Refer to => [ Seat ] Seat.

- Remove screws securing the rear grocery bag holders.

- Remove inboard and outboard recliner covers.

- Using trim removal wedge (RMCP101) , remove pull strap bezel.

- Unzip both sides of the seat covers.

- Disengage seat cushion cover J straps from cushion pan panel.

- Remove the cover and cushion from the seat frame.

Installing

- Place the seat cushion cover and cushion together.

- Route pull strap through the slit on bottom of trim cover.

- Pull trim cover around corners of frame and secure J straps.

- Zip both sides of the seat cover.

- Install screw securing inboard and outboard recliner covers.

- Install screws securing rear grocery bag holder.

- Install seat into vehicle. Refer to => [ Seat ] Seat.
