1 Bolt

• 9 Nm

2 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Pipe

• Connected to the turbocharger, see - item 22 - in the => [ Turbocharger and Attachments Overview ] Turbocharger and Attachments Overview.

3 EGR Temperature Sensor (G98)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ EGR Temperature Sensor G98 ] Service and Repair.

4 Gasket

• In the connecting piece (- item 2 - in the => [ Turbocharger and Attachments Overview ] Turbocharger and Attachments Overview).

5 Gasket

• Always replace.

6 Gasket

• Always replace.

7 Bolt

• 9 Nm

• Quantity: 4

8 Gasket

• Always replace.

9 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Pipe

• Between the cylinder head and the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid valve.

10 Bolt

• 9 Nm

• Quantity: 4

11 Cooler for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)

• With a integrated EGR vacuum regulator solenoid valve with the EGR potentiometer.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler ] Service and Repair.

12 Gasket

• Always replace

13 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Pipe

• Between the EGR cooler and the front exhaust pipe with particulate filter.

• With a coupling element; do not bend the coupling element - risk of cracking.

14 Clamp

• 3.5 Nm

15 Bolt

• 9 Nm

• Quantity: 2

16 Control Line

• Do not change the shape of the line.

• To the exhaust pressure sensor 1.
