1 Dual-mass flywheel

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dual Mass Flywheel ] Dual Mass Flywheel

2 Clutch cover

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dual Clutch ] Dual Clutch

3 Bolt

• Tightening specification and sequence => [ Tightening specification and sequence for the
dual clutch and clutch cover ]

4 O-Ring

• Replace

5 Dual clutch

• Refer to => [ Dual Clutch ] Dual Clutch

6 Transmission housing

7 Ball bearing

• For the dual clutch

• Refer to => [ Input Shaft Ball Bearing ] Input Shaft Ball Bearing

8 Securing ring

• Replace

• For ball bearing

9 Securing ring

• Replace

• For dual clutch

10 Shaft seal

• For input shaft

• => [ Input Shaft Seal ] Input Shaft Seal

11 Bolt

• Replace

• 3 pieces for 4-cylinder engines

• 6 pieces for 6-cylinder engines

• 60 Nm

Tightening specification and sequence for the dual clutch and clutch cover





- Tighten bolts as follows in 3 stages in - 1 to 5 - sequence:

- Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contact the clutch cover.

- Tighten one after the other in 90° steps until the clutch cover contact the transmission housing.

- Tighten to 8 Nm.
