• 2.5 Nm

4 Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve Position Sensor (G513)

5 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

6 Actuator for Intake Manifold Change-Over

• Installed location of tooth segments for variable intake manifold => [ Installed Location for Variable Intake
Manifold Tooth Segments ]

• As replacement part together with - 29 -

7 Seal

• Replace if damaged

• Lift out with screwdriver to replace

• Press in by hand

8 Ball Pin

• 2.5 Nm

9 Intake Manifold Upper Section

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold Upper Section ] Intake Manifold Upper Section

10 Seal

• Replace

11 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

12 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve 2 (N320)

13 Bracket

• 6 Nm

15 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve (N112)

16 EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)

17 Hose

• 3 Nm

19 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42) / Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor (G71)

20 O-ring

• Replace

21 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

22 Crankcase Ventilation Hose

23 O-ring

• Replace

24 Bolt

• 8 Nm

25 Washer

26 Sleeve

• Replace

• Replace if damaged

• Lift out with screwdriver to replace
