61 62 090 - Removing and installing/replacing shaft bearing for rear window wiper (Touring)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear window wiper arm Removing and Installing/Replacing Wiper Arm on Rear Window
- Remove trim on shaft bearing





Secure rear window button (2) against falling down.
Release nut (1) and remove sealing ring underneath.

Important!
Risk of water ingress. Always replaced micro-coated nut (1) and associated sealing ring. New sealing ring must not show any signs of damage.
Tightening torque 61 62 7AZ 61 62 Tailgate Window Wiper.





Release nut (1) and withdraw shaft bearing (2).

Installation:
Tighten nut (1) to specified torque, tightening torque 61 62 1AZ 61 62 Tailgate Window Wiper.
