Removal

NAVIGATION / MULTI INFO DISPLAY: NAVIGATION RECEIVER (for DVD): REMOVAL

1. EJECT MAP DISC

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 guides, and remove the front console box cover.





(b) Turn the power switch on (ACC).

(c) Push the "MENU" button on the remote operation controller.

(d) Operate the remote operation controller and select "Info. Phone" on the navigation screen.

(e) Operating the remote operation controller, select "Map Data" on the navigation screen.

(f) Operating the remote operation controller, select "EJECT DVD" on the navigation screen to eject the map disc from the navigation receiver.

(g) Remove the map disc from the navigation receiver.

5. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT Removal

7. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU ASSEMBLY (w/ USB Audio System) Removal

9. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH Removal

11. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE Removal

12. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Removal

14. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Removal

15. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH REGISTER Removal

16. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX Removal

17. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY Removal

18. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) Disengage the 3 clamps.





(b) Disengage the claw and turn back the floor carpet as shown in the illustration.

(c) Disengage the 3 clamps.





(d) Disengage the claw and turn back the floor carpet as shown in the illustration.

(e) Disconnect the 2 connectors.





(f) Remove the 3 bolts.

(g) Disengage the guide and remove the multi-media module navigation assembly with bracket.

19. REMOVE NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 disc player bracket.





20. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 disc player bracket.





21. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY

22. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH BRACKET

(a) Pull out the display and navigation module display with bracket to the rear of the vehicle as shown in the illustration.





(b) Disconnect each connector and remove the display and navigation module display with bracket.

23. REMOVE NO. 3 DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 3 disc player bracket.





24. REMOVE NO. 4 DISC PLAYER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 4 disc player bracket.
