DTC C1203/95 - HV ECU Communication Circuit Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

The circuit is used to send TR(A)C and VSC control information from the skid control ECU to the HV control ECU, and hybrid control information from the HV control ECU to the skid control ECU via the CAN communication system.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
- When replacing the skid control ECU, perform initialization of the linear solenoid valve and calibration Programming and Relearning.
- If the hybrid control ECU has been replaced, it is necessary to register the ECU Programming and Relearning.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK PART NUMBER (SKID CONTROL ECU AND HV CONTROL ECU)
(a) Check that the proper skid control ECU and HV control ECU are installed.
NG -- REPLACE ECUS WITH PROPER ONES
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. RECONFIRM DTC
(a) Clear the DTC Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
(b) Turn the power switch ON (IG).
(c) Check if the same DTC is recorded Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
B -- REPLACE HV CONTROL ECU
A -- CHECK INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS (SYMPTOM SIMULATION)
