INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch ON (IG).
(c) Clear the DTC.
(d) Check for DTC.

B -- GO TO ACTIVE STABILIZER SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK CAN BUS LINE FOR DISCONNECTION (REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU BRANCH WIRE)





(a) Disconnect the y1 rear active stabilizer control ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR (CANH, CANL)
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)





(a) Disconnect the y1 rear active stabilizer control ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance:





(c) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
