B26F8 BCM





Description
BCM (Body Control Module) controls the various electrical components. It inputs the information required to the control from CAN communication and the signal received from each switch and sensor.

DTC DETECTION LOGIC






DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Press push-button ignition switch under the following conditions and wait 1 second or more.
- Selector lever is in the P or N position
- Do not depress brake pedal
2. Check "Self-diagnosis result" using CONSULT-III.
Is DTC detected?
YES - Go to B26F8.
NO - INSPECTION END




Diagnosis Procedure
1.INSPECTION START
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check "Self-diagnosis result" using CONSULT-III.
3. Touch "ERASE".
4. Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure.
See B26F8.
Is DTC detected?
YES - Replace BCM. Removal And Installation.
NO - INSPECTION END
