Description:
- Water-dilutable primer filler
- Insulating base for badly dried, old paint finishes
- Can be used as a guide coat (1:1 with Glasurit(R) Deionised Water)

Properties:
- Contains max. 5% organic solvent

NOTE:
- Min. processing temperature: 15° C
- Drying depends largely on the temperature, air humidity, air circulation and layer thickness
- Dip the spray gun heads in water during work breaks
- Use 700-1 to clean the work equipment after use
- Do not use IR drying if primed with 70-2
- Can be stored for up to 12 months

- Do not apply polyester filler over this
- Do not use under 76-71

Properties:
- Resistant to solvents
- Weather-resistant
- High-solid substance
- Three-layer application offers corrosion protection and good adhesive base for base surfaces listed below under Glasurit(R) HS VOC Filler, 285--VOC, Glasurit(R) Non-Sanding Filler, light gray 285-31 VOC and Glasurit(R) 1C Primer Filler 76-71

Base surfaces:
- Hardened old paintwork
- Bare/galvanized sheet steel
- Aluminum
- Magnesium
- Paintable plastics (with Glasurit(R) Softface Additive, GFK/SMC without Glasurit(R) Softface Additive)
- Use guide coat (better sanding results)

NOTE:
- Can be mixed with Glasurit(R) Universal HS VOC Primer Filler, white 285-65 VOC at any ratio to create different gray levels.

9.5.5 Glasurit(R) Universal HS VOC Primer Filler, gray 285-60 VOC

Usage:
- Efficient HS primer filler

Properties:
- Particularly good dry/wet-sanding properties
- High-solid substance
- Fast drying
- Good corrosion protection
- Good weather resistance
- Good topcoat adherence

NOTE:
- Can be used as a filler base up to max. 150 (mu)m (3-4 spraying operations), but drying time is extended accordingly
- Dry-sand only after forced drying (30 min. at 60° C)
- Use guide coat (better sanding results)

Properties:
- Good corrosion protection
- Good filling properties
- Good topcoat adherence
- Wipe-resistant with Glasurit(R) Wax and Silicone Remover 541-5

Base surfaces:
- Hardened old paintwork
- Bare/galvanized sheet steel
- Aluminum
- Magnesium
- GFK/SMC

NOTE:
- Do not use as a bonding agent on galvanized base surfaces.
- For air drying: Temperature must be at least +15° C
- Best topcoat adherence when 801-72 VOC is force-dried.
- Can be used as a bonding agent after 3 h/20° C.

- Primer and primer filler for efficient paint finish on plastic components on the vehicle
- Applied as a bonding agent in three-layer paint build-up
- Used as a primer filler under topcoat paint systems

Properties:
- Good adhesion to all the usual paintable plastic substrates on vehicles

NOTE:
- Application as an abrasive filler: Force dried in 30 min. at 60° C
