Removal

2GR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: EGR VALVE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

Removal

2. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Coolant (for Engine)

4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. DISCONNECT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 nuts and reservoir.

6. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 nuts.





(b) Disconnect the 2 water hoses and connector.





(c) Remove the 2 nuts.

(d) Using an E8 "TORX" wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts.

(e) Remove the EGR valve assembly and 2 gaskets.
