WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR (for Rear Door): REMOVAL

* Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL Disassembly

3. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

4. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP INNER WITH GARNISH Disassembly

5. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Slide Door) Removal

6. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Slide Door) Removal

7. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE Removal

8. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM COVER HOLE Disassembly

9. REMOVE REAR DOOR WIRE (w/o Power Slide Door) Disassembly

10. REMOVE REAR DOOR WIRE (w/ Power Slide Door) Disassembly

11. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW GLASS (w/ Power Slide Door)

Removal

12. REMOVE SLIDE RAIL END MOULDING (w/ Power Slide Door) Disassembly

13. REMOVE POWER SLIDE DOOR MOTOR UNIT (w/ Power Slide Door) Removal

14. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER Disassembly

15. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING

16. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY

21. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a T25 "TORX" driver, remove the 3 screws and power window regulator motor.
