Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair

Oil Pressure Switch F1

Removing

- Remove the engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] Engine Cover.

- Remove the crankcase ventilation hose - 1 - by pressing the release buttons.






- Disconnect the connector and remove it from the crankcase ventilation hose - 1 -.

- Expose the vacuum hoses - arrows -.

- Remove the air guide pipe from the air filter housing by loosening the hose clamps - 3 -.

- Remove the bolt - 2 - and turn the air guide pipe with the intake hose toward the back and remove from the turbocharger.

- Remove the bolt - arrow -.






- Unclip the preheating pipe - 1 - and remove it from the bracket.

- Remove the bolt - 2 -, and remove the engine lifting eye - 1 -.






- Disconnect the electrical connector - arrow -.

- Remove the oil pressure switch.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:

• Replace the seal.
