Checking Supply to Switch [GE2]

Checking Supply To Switch





- Ignition off.
- Remove switch.
- Disconnect switch.
- Ignition on.

Connect a voltmeter between switch connector terminal 6 and ground.

Voltmeter should read approx. battery voltage.

If reading is OK:
- Check ground lead GE3. Checking Ground Lead [GE3]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check lead between switch connector terminal 6 and fuse 11/27 for open circuit as per HA2. Open Circuit [HA2]

- Now go to: Checking signal lead GE4. Checking Signal Lead [GE4]
