1 - Rear window

• Removal => [ Rear Window, Removing ] Rear Window, Removing

• Distance - a - to upper window edge = 3.5 mm

• Distance - b - to side window edge = 2 mm, align if necessary.

2 - Adhesive bead

• Spacing to window edge along circumference 16 mm.

• Bead cross section

• Bead width = 8mm"2mm

• Bead height = 12mm) 3mm

3 - Cover profile

• Can be replaced => [ Rear Window Cover Profile ] Rear Window Cover Profile.

4 - Spacers

• Note different heights for standard glass and tinted glass.

• Adhere spacer onto markings at lower window edge.

5 - Lower cover profile

6 - Clamping pin

7 - Adhesive end profile

• Adhere next to vertical rear window defrosting strips => [ Adhering adhesive stopper profile ]

• Place inner edge of adhesive stop profile to outer edge of distributing wire for rear window heater and press on.

- Place inner edge of adhesive stopper profile - 2 - to outer edge of distributing wire for rear window heater and press on.

- Adhere spacer - 3 - onto rear window - 1 - according to the markings.
