SUSPENSION CONTROL: REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BRACKET





(a) Install the bracket with the 4 screws.
Torque: 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27in-lbf)
2. INSTALL REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU





(a) Connect the ECU connector.
(1) Connect the ECU connector. (*1)
(2) Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)
(3) Lock the lever's lock. (*3)
(b) Connect the shielded ground wire connector.





(c) Install the ECU with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 Nm (138 kgf-cm, 10ft-lbf)
3. CONNECT REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR CONNECTOR





(a) Connect the actuator connector labeled A.
(b) Connect the actuator connector labeled B.
(1) Connect the actuator connector. (*1)
(2) Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)
(3) Lock the lever's lock. (*3)





(c) Attach the wire harness clamp.

5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation
6. INSTALL TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire) Installation
7. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
8. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Installation
9. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation
10. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation
11. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation
12. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation
13. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP Installation
14. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation
15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50in-lbf)
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

16. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation
17. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
18. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
