AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the cooling unit with the 4 bolts.
(b) Connect the clamps and connectors.





2. CONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the tube.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
(b) Install the 2 O-rings to the tube.
(c) Install the 2 tubes with the 2 bolts
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87in-lbf)





3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the duct.





4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.





5. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.





6. INSTALL REAR NO. 5 AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.





7. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.





8. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT RH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.
9. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the blower with the 3 nuts.
(b) Connect the connector.





10. INSTALL NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.





11. INSTALL NO. 3 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.
12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Installation
13. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH Installation
14. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation
15. INSTALL TOOL BOX (w/o Spare Tire) Installation
16. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/o Spare Tire)
17. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Installation
18. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation
19. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Installation
20. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation
21. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation
22. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation
23. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the cover.
24. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY Installation
25. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
(a) Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
26. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
(a) Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
27. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
(a) Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
28. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
(a) Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
29. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
(a) Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
30. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.





31. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the cooling box with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87in-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not damage the packing.

(b) Connect the connector.
32. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
33. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
34. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
35. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

36. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH
37. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
38. ADD COMPRESSOR OIL Service and Repair
39. CHARGE REFRIGERANT
40. WARM UP ENGINE
41. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK Service and Repair
42. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
