3 Solenoid Valve Block

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Solenoid Valve Block ] Service and Repair.

4 Bolt

• 10 Nm

5 Bolt

• 7 Nm

6 Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor ] Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor.

7 Rubber Bushing

8 Spring Seat

9 Spring

10 Sleeve

11 Nut

• 6 Nm

• Self-locking

• Always replace if removed.

12 Air Supply Unit

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit ] Air Supply Unit.

• If the air supply unit is being replaced, then the level control system compressor relay (J403) must also be replaced.

13 Air Line

• Between solenoid valve block and air supply unit.

• Replace the air line if there are leaks. Refer to => [ Air Pipe Line, Servicing ] Description and Operation.

14 Washer

• 20 Nm

18 Anchor

• Note the direction of installation, the chamfer must point to the spring. Level Control System Solenoid.

22 Cap Nut

• 20 Nm

Tightening Specifications
