INTERIOR: ROOF HEADLINING: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH
(a) Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip as shown in the illustration.
2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





3. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH
(a) Install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip as shown in the illustration.
4. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





5. PLACE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY IN VEHICLE
(a) Place the roof headlining into the vehicle through the front side.
HINT: Place the roof headlining into the vehicle so that the windshield can be installed.

7. INSTALL NO. 2 WINDSHIELD GLASS STOPPER Installation
8. INSTALL UPPER WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE MOULDING Installation
9. INSTALL WINDSHIELD GLASS RETAINER Installation
10. INSTALL WINDSHIELD GLASS ADHESIVE DAM Installation
11. INSTALL WINDSHIELD GLASS SEAL Installation
12. INSTALL WINDSHIELD GLASS Installation
13. CHECK FOR LEAK AND REPAIR Installation
14. INSTALL OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA (w/ Driver Monitor Camera) Installation
15. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY Installation
16. CONNECT RAIN SENSOR CONNECTOR
17. INSTALL RAIN SENSOR COVER
(a) w/o Driver Monitor Camera:
Install the rain sensor cover Installation.
(b) w/ Driver Monitor Camera:
Install the rain sensor cover Installation.
18. INSTALL CENTER ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING LH
(a) Install the center roof drip side finish moulding .

20. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

28. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY





(a) w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System:
Attach the hook, 12 claws, 10 fasteners and 4 clips to install the roof headlining.





(b) w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System:
Attach the hook, 12 claws, 8 fasteners and 4 clips to install the roof headlining.





(c) Connect the drive gear connector.





(d) Connect the roof wire connectors and attach each clamp.
29. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER
HINT: Use the same procedure to install the holder on the other side.

(a) Push in the visor holder and turn it approximately 45° as shown in the illustration.
(b) Push in the visor holder as shown in the illustration.









30. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the visor with the 2 screws.

HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





32. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER
HINT: Use the same procedure to install the cover on the other side.

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the visor bracket cover.





33. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT: Use the same procedure for all the assist grips.

(a) Assemble the assist grip, 2 clips and 2 covers as shown in the illustration.
(b) Install the assist grip.





34. INSTALL COAT HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)
HINT: Use the same procedure to install the hook on the other side.

(a) Install the coat hook with the screw.





35. INSTALL ROOF SIDE REGISTER BEZEL LH (w/ Rear Cooler)
(a) Attach the claw to install the roof side register bezel.
(b) Install the screw.
36. INSTALL ROOF SIDE REGISTER BEZEL RH (w/ Rear Cooler)
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

37. INSTALL REAR VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY
HINT: Use the same procedure to install the vanity light on the other side.

(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Attach the claw to install the vanity light.
(c) Install the 2 screws.
(d) Attach the 4 claws to install the lens.









38. INSTALL SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System)
(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Attach the 4 claws to install the spot light.





39. INSTALL ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System)
(a) w/o Infrared Rays Sensor:
Connect the connector, and then attach the 6 clips and 2 claws to install the roof console box.
(b) w/ Infrared Rays Sensor:
Connect the 2 connectors, and then attach the 6 clips and 2 claws to install the roof console box.
(c) Install the 2 screws.





40. INSTALL SPOT LIGHT LENS (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System)
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the spot light lens.
41. INSTALL MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the 2 map light connectors.
(b) Attach the 2 clips to install the map light.
(c) Install the 2 screws.
(d) Attach the 2 claws to close the 2 covers.









42. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH
(a) Install a new clip A to the inner roof side garnish.
(b) Attach the 5 clips and 2 claws to install the inner roof side garnish.
43. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





44. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the rear seat side garnish.
45. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





46. INSTALL SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER LH
(a) Slide the cover in the direction shown in the illustration and attach the 6 claws to install the cover.
47. INSTALL SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR COVER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





48. INSTALL CENTER UPPER PILLAR GARNISH LH
(a) Pass the front seat outer belt floor anchor through the center upper pillar garnish.
(b) Attach the claw to install the center upper pillar garnish.
(c) Install the 2 screws.
49. INSTALL CENTER UPPER PILLAR GARNISH RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





50. INSTALL CENTER LOWER PILLAR GARNISH LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws and 6 clips to install the center lower pillar garnish.
51. INSTALL CENTER LOWER PILLAR GARNISH RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

52. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH





(a) Attach the 4 clips.





(b) Attach the 7 claws to install the rear door scuff plate

54. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH
(a) Install a new clip A to the front pillar garnish.
(b) Attach the claw and 2 clips to install the front pillar garnish.

HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.





56. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH
(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the cowl side trim board.
57. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH
HINT: Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

58. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH





(a) Attach the 4 clips.





(b) Attach the 7 claws to install the front door scuff plate.

60. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Type)
(a) Install the rear seat Installation.
61. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
(a) Install the rear seat Installation.
62. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Install the rear seat Installation.

64. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

65. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
66. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA (w/ Driver Monitor Camera)
(a) Adjust the object recognition camera Adjustments.
