INTERIOR: REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY





(a) Temporarily install the rear sunshade withe the bolt labeled A.

(b) Install the 4 bolts and tighten the bolt labeled A.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY





(a) Attach the 5 claws and 3 clips to install the No. 2 package tray trim panel.

3. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation

5. INSTALL REAR NO. 5 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT RH (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation

8. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) w/ Rear Cooler:

(1) Connect the solar sensor connector.





(b) except 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

(1) Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel.





(c) for 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

(1) Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel.

(d) Insert the rear part of the package tray trim panel into the rear sunshade.

(e) Attach the 2 clips to install the package tray trim panel.





(f) except 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

(1) Attach the 4 claws to install the 3 belt guides.

(g) for 4-Passenger with Ottoman:

(1) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 belt guides.

9. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH Installation

10. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH Installation

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Installation

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 5-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 4-Passenger with Ottoman)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.

19. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

20. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

21. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (w/o Spare Tire) Installation

22. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

23. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
