2GR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: EGR COOLER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY

Removal

2. DISCONNECT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR PIPE

(a) Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts, No. 2 EGR pipe and 2 gaskets.





4. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 2 water hoses.





(b) Remove the 2 nuts, 3 bolts and EGR cooler assembly.

(c) Remove the gasket.





(d) Remove the 2 nuts and bracket.
