Selector Mechanism with Selector Lever

• Following installation, cable must be checked for ease of movement and be adjusted.

- Remove center console.

- Remove Bowden cable from transmission --> [ Selector Lever Cable ] Removal and Replacement.

- Remove parts of exhaust system under heat shield (Gasoline engines)26 Removal and Installation.

- Remove heat shield beneath vehicle.

- Remove 4 nuts for selector mechanism from above.

Torque setting for nuts: 8 Nm

- After installing, check cable --> [ Selector Lever Cable, Checking ] Procedures.
